The Kelly School of Irish Dance will once again offer classes for beginners and continuing beginners in Pawtucket at Chifferobe, located in the Hope Artiste Village. Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 4:30, starting November 7th. Dancers participating in our 6 week Pawtucket session are invited to perform in our 2:00 production of Merry & Bright, scheduled to take the stage at East Providence High School on Saturday, December 19th.
PAWTUCKET 6-WK SESSION
classes will run November 7th thru December 12th
Our Pawtucket class is a perfect introduction to Irish Dance, culminating in our Holiday performance. Each 50 minute class will include warm-ups and stretching exercises as well as Irish Dance inspired activities. We spend time breaking down all of the basic techniques of Irish dance and work towards learning KSID’s beginner-level reel and light jig choreography. Class time will be spent dancing to Irish and Holiday Music. Dancers participating in this class are not required to perform in Merry & Bright.
Note: Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable unless written medical authorization is provided. For our Pawtucket dancers, dancers must commit to the full 6-week program. Tuition is not refunded for missed or cancelled classes. Dancers are able to make up class time at KSID Coventry.
