The KSID MOUSE CLUB PERFORMS OCTOBER 17th, 2026

PARTICIPATION & ELIGIBILITY

  1. KSID MOUSE CLUB performers must be 7 - 18 years of age.
    Younger Kelly Irish Dancers are welcome to join us in Walt Disney World as honorary KSID Mouse Club members. Younger dancers will be able to avail of our discounted park tickets and of course see the show! Reserve your spot with Stepping Stones.

  2. Performers must reserve their spot on our cast and purchase park tickets directly through Stepping Stones.
    Disney requires all performers to purchase, at minimum, a 3-day park ticket.

  3. Performer tuition must be in good standing to be eligible to participate. Dancers must join a minimum of one weekly Disney Production class. Dancers will be able to choose from weekday and/or weekend production class times.

  4. Performers are expected to purchase our 2026 Dancing in Disney Costume.
    Costume ordering will take place this August. The costume cost estimate is $100.

  5. Performers must arrive in Orlando by 15th. Disney requires all performers to arrive in Orlando a minimum of 24 hours prior to the performance day. Departure dates must be on or after October 18th.

  6. Performers should expect to be available all day on October 17th for our pre-show meet-up, rehearsal, and performance. Exact times will be set by Disney and TBD. We typically know our show day timeline two weeks prior to performing.

  7. Performance fees, park tickets, tuition and costume pieces are NON REFUNDABLE.
    Life happens. We understand. But please note, if your plans change, or you are unable to dance for ANY reason, KSID and Walt Disney World can not issue any refunds. This includes zero refunds of park tickets purchased through Stepping Stones, tuition and production class costs, performance fees, and costume fees.

  8. In registering with Stepping Stones you acknowledge you have read and accept all the above KSID x Disney x Stepping Stones requirements for participation.

Travel Tips

TRAVEL DATES:  The only required dates to be in Orlando are October 16 & 17th.

PERFORMANCE DATE: Saturday, October 17th

FLIGHTS:  Most families choose to fly PVD-MCO. Check out our all inclusive flight option with Stepping Stones.

STAY OPTIONS: Our Team KSID group hotel option is: Disney’s Pop Century Resort.
Dancers can choose to stay on or off Disney property. Guests staying on property have access to Extra Magic Hours, which provides access to designated theme parks before or after regular operating hours. If searching for your magical resort via Disney World online, search room-only rates, as your park tickets must be purchased via KSID. Dancers opting to stay at Pop Century our group hotel rates available via Stepping Stones.
